The federal government is like an alarm clock. To the outsider, it looks like one administration, but when you really look at it, they are administrations that have nothing to do with each other, united only by the so-called "fight against terrorism".
Example: Baydhabo and Kismayo administrations
They have nothing to do with Villa Somalia and they do not carry out orders from Mogadishu. The only thing that is at least in name is foreign forces and the project called fighting terrorism.
Every time the problem in Ethiopia gets stronger, you see that they are getting further apart.
